This particular model is made with 100% recycled cardboard fiber pulp. It meets the requirements established by the FDA for this type of product.

User guide
01 Product assembly
Fold the BACK LID down and insert the FRONT LID of the BioCommode in the slots. Verify that all parts
are firmly embedded.
02 Check correct assembly
The BioCommode should look like this when it is ready for use
03 Check the patient
If the patient can move, request him to bend knees and lift hips
04 Place the product for use
Slide the BioCommode under the patient. Patient’s weight rests on the FRONT LID with the bottom
hovering over the open side on the back
05 Check the patient
If the patient is unable to move, carefully turn him on his side.
06 Place the product for use
Place the BioCommode on the patient’s bottom with the FRONT LID supporting his weight. Carefully
turn the patient on his back while keeping the BioCommode in place.
07 Close the product
When the patient has finished, flip the BACK LID to cover the contents. Secure the cover with gentle
pressure where the lids meet.
08 Discard
Place the BioCommode into the proper medical waste bag or macerator for disposal (only for recycled
newspaper version)

Our products made from recycled
newspaper can be discarded using
a macerator according to BS PAS 29:1999.
Both the product and its content are destroyed inside
of the chamber and then discarded
through the sewer system.
